Zero Balancing is a therapy in which therapists use touch to address the relationship between energy and structure within the body. The sitting usually takes 30 minutes and is done through the client’s clothing.
The touch used in Zero Balancing has a distinctive clarity, which engages the body’s structure and energy simultaneously in a way that harmonizes the relationship between them.
These points of stillness invite the release of tension, which offers a person the opportunity to let go of unease and pain.
Zero Balancing takes a person into a state of relaxation. It refreshes their whole being in which they experience a profound sense of well-being and body-felt unity.
A Zero Balancing session will start with the therapist asking the client questions about their present condition – physical, emotional and spiritual. The therapist is non-judgmental, so it’s important for the client to be open and honest about their condition so that the treatment is successful. After the initial consultation, the client and the therapist will determine the goals of the Zero Balancing therapy based on the information shared.
The Zero Balancer will start the session with objectives to harmonize the emotional state and the physical state of the client. The therapist will do this by asking the client to the lie down face up on a massage table. The session will start when the therapist will start the therapy with a series of traction techniques. The tractions are applied with the fingertips in various pressures points starting at the feet and moving up the entire body to the clients head.
Zero Balancing is very effective for treating ailments like stress-related anxiety, chronic headaches, back and neck pain. It creates an overall sense of well being.
